It does not seem like they have the resources to help out in these parts.Known Issues & Possible Fixes:1. White Screen after loading page (book page)A. Try Reinstalling the game, if you still have the issue, please comment below. If you have ever tampered with files (such as ones in your ResMenu Folder) This could have caused an issues, reinstall.2. Game Randomly Crashes or Crashes upon entering portalsA.
This is a known bug, and no fix for this currently, just log back in.3. Cannot Register Accounts, or Login.A. The account you create on Gamigo's site isnt the same one for fiesta, I believe you have to register specific ones for Fiesta in your Gamigo account settings. (will add more detail on this later)4. Run Time Error (Crashing)A. Visual C Redistribute Update needed.Download:5.

The login servers have been up and down, so just keep trying or give it about 5-10 minutes.7. Lagging after playing for a few minutes, slowly getting slower.A. Hit ESC and click Game Settings.
