Sometimes players will find themselves hitting two notes simultaneously, or even holding one note while tapping others. MUSYNX can be as accessible or as difficult as players want, adding to the wide appeal of the game.There is a small variety of options in MUSYNX that allow players to tailor the experience to their tastes and skill levels. There is a “Sound Enhancer” that plays the beat’s key sounds for the player regardless of their own performance. With the setting completely off, the songs will sound disjointed and broken if the player misses notes.

This can be toggled from fully automatic, to strong, weak, and to no sound enhancer at all. In addition to this, the player can tweak the speed in which notes fall down the screen, challenging players with faster reaction times.
